Oran draws on extensive funds and transactional experience to advise clients on structuring, forming and operating 1940 Act and private funds, helping clients navigate the complex regulatory and practical challenges of integrating and managing private credit and retail funds in multi-strategy platforms. His clients include top-tier private and liquid credit managers, middle-market credit funds and managers developing new products for retail investors.
