As COO and General Counsel, he plays a leading role in Liquidity’s strategic joint ventures with Meitav, MUFG Bank ltd. and KeyBank. He is instrumental in ‘legalising the algorithm’, ensuring Liquidity’s proprietary AI meets the highest institutional credit standards.

With over a decade of experience in capital markets and fintech, including a tenure at Meitav, Oshri possesses deep expertise in complex venture debt and alternative investment products. Based in London, he led the establishment of Liquidity’s UK office and remains a vocal advocate for the city’s role as a premier global hub for technology and AI-driven growth.
