Patrick Hartman is a Managing Director at Barings, where he serves as Head of North America Private Credit Origination. Patrick has worked in the industry since 2007. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, he held various investment banking roles at BMO Capital Markets, most recently as a vice president in the bank's debt capital markets group where he focused on the origination, structuring, underwriting, and syndication of new leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. Patrick has a B.A. in economics from Lake Forest College.
