Sebastian Stahn is an Investment Manager within finccam since October 2022. Before joining finccam, he spent three and a half years managing the capital investments of the Association of the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industries. The investment approach followed the US Endowment model and encompassed a broad multi-asset portfolio comprising both liquid and illiquid asset classes. Prior to that, Mr. Stahn served as Deputy Head of Department and Senior Portfolio Manager, Strategic Solutions, at BayernInvest. In that role, he managed various funds and multi-asset mandates. Before BayernInvest, Mr. Stahn worked at various asset managers as a (Senior) Portfolio Manager.

After completing his apprenticeship as a bank clerk, Mr. Stahn successfully completed his business administration studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Landshut in 2010. In 2012, he successfully completed the part-time continuing education program to become a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In 2017, Mr. Stahn published a book with Wiley titled "Beyond Smart Beta: Index Investment Strategies for Active Portfolio Management."
