Peer-driven conversations, facilitated by two industry leaders. Throughout the session, facilitators will rotate groups every 30 minutes to ensure all delegates discuss each of the three topics.

Topic 1: Learn how to strengthen decision‑making and communication skills that elevate Compliance and Legal as true strategic partners. These discussions will focus on practical ways to influence boards, investment committees, and senior leadership by framing issues effectively, anticipating stakeholder needs, and communicating with clarity and confidence.

Topic 2:  AI Governance in Private Markets: How compliance teams oversee the responsible use of AI across deal sourcing, underwriting, valuation, and portfolio monitoring—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with fiduciary obligations. These discussions will surface practical controls for model validation, drift monitoring, and preventing AI‑generated inaccuracies through substantiation, data lineage, and human‑in‑the‑loop review.
