The Private Fund Compliance Operations Forum is a two-day conference for compliance, legal, finance, and operations leaders working across private markets. The event focuses on regulatory developments, operational resilience, AI governance, cybersecurity, and best practices for building stronger compliance programmes within private fund firms

The Forum takes place on December 1–2, 2026 at Convene, 360 Madison Avenue, New York.

The Forum is designed for Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, General Counsel, Compliance Directors, Legal Counsel, Fund Operations professionals, and senior leaders responsible for governance, risk, and regulatory compliance within private markets firms.

You are welcome to attend as much of the Forum as your schedule allows. However, we recommend attending both days to benefit fully from the keynote sessions, interactive roundtables, Think Tanks, networking opportunities, and peer discussions. Single-day passes are not available.

The venue is conveniently accessible from New York's major airports:

  • John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK): Approximately 45–60 minutes by car
  • Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR): Approximately 35–45 minutes by car
