Alyssa Horton

Alyssa Horton is a partner in the asset management group. Alyssa routinely counsels investment advisers, both registered and exempt, on a variety of regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on the Investment Advisers Act. Alyssa has a wide range of experience representing investments advisers to private funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, credit fund, venture capital funds, hedge funds and separate accounts. Her clients have included both U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors and private funds. Alyssa advises firms on matters relating to registrations and filings, compliance with regulatory obligations, SEC examinations, and assessing regulatory risk in light of SEC priorities and market practice.
