Brian Chibwe
Brian is CFO at Clarion Capital Partners. He oversees finance and IT and previously also led compliance and HR.
Before joining Clarion in 2021, Brian was Director of Finance at ORIX Capital Partners, where he led finance and investor relations. Earlier roles included CFO at Dubin & Co., Controller/Head of Finance at Thrive Capital, and Controller at Aquiline Capital Partners. Brian began his career in public accounting at Deloitte in Harare and later New York, where he became an Audit Manager serving private equity clients.
Brian holds bachelor’s and honors degrees in Accounting from the University of South Africa. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Chartered Accountant.
In his community, Brian is a Deacon and a member of the Board of Trustees at Christ Church USA, a ~14,000-member, non-denominational, multicultural congregation with 3 campuses in Northern New Jersey.
