Charles Stone

Charlie is a Vice President and Associate Tax Counsel for Audax Group, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2018, Charlie worked at Hogan Lovells in Washington, DC where he advised on a variety of transactional tax matters. Charlie has more than a decade of experience advising sponsors on a broad range of M&A transactions and fund formations.

Charlie received a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown and a B.A. from Boston University.
