Chris Brannan serves as the Assistant General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and ESG Officer for PPC. As Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Chris manages PPC’s regulatory compliance program and works across PPC and the family of companies on various internal and portfolio-facing legal matters. As ESG Officer, Chris manages PPC’s strategy and execution of its ESG program, including stakeholder reporting and engagement across PPC and the PPC Companies to further ESG best practices. Chris joined PPC in 2017. Prior to PPC, Chris was an attorney in the M&A practices at Winston & Strawn LLP and O’Melveny & Myers LLP.  Prior to law school, Chris was a Tax/Assurance Associate at PwC, where he received his CPA license (inactive). Chris received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Bucknell University where he was a member of the baseball team.
