Dave Feldman is Co-Founder and CEO of Greenboard, the AI-native system of action for SEC and FINRA compliance. Greenboard replaces the fragmented point solutions that compliance teams at private fund managers use for employee compliance, marketing review, communications supervision, and firm oversight, bringing those workflows into a single platform. Greenboard Go, the platform's AI layer, delivers policy-grounded answers and automation grounded in each firm's actual policies and procedures. Today, more than 500 financial institutions use Greenboard to reduce manual compliance work and prepare for exams.

Prior to founding Greenboard, Dave was a product leader at Guideline, where he led the teams that built core systems including the firm's financial recordkeeping engine. Before Guideline, he led Hive AI's joint venture with Bain & Company, applying machine learning to enterprise workflows.

Dave holds a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of work, he is an avid hiker, sailor, and downhill skier.
