Fang Fang is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Turnspire Capital Partners, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations, compliance, and infrastructure. She joined Turnspire in 2023 and has over 16 years of experience across private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and fund-of-funds platforms. Her background spans finance, accounting, treasury, compliance, investor relations, tax, and audit. Prior to Turnspire, Fang Fang was a Vice President at ICONIQ Capital, managing finance for open- and closed-end real estate funds, SPVs, and general partner entities. Previously, she served as a Fund Controller at Madison International Realty and held roles at Anchorage Capital. She began her career as an auditor in PwC’s Alternative Investments group and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
