May Jan Hum

May Jan Hum is Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing the firm’s global compliance framework across asset management and the distribution of private equity and credit products. She brings more than 20 years of experience in investment management compliance, including building and evolving compliance programs that support growth across jurisdictions. Her experience spans regulatory governance, privacy and data protection laws, cross-border distribution, and the implementation of scalable compliance and regulatory technology solutions. Prior to joining the firm, May Jan held senior governance, risk, and compliance roles at Desjardins Global Asset Management, HSBC and LBC Financial Services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Concordia University.
