Jennifer joined Genesys Capital in 2002 in Finance and Operations and has since moved into the role of CFO. She collaborates with the team on fundraising and LP relations and leads all finance and operations activities including governance, legal and reporting. Jennifer has a proven history of success in implementing a variety of major projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders and key contacts. She is a member of the CVCA DEI Committee, CFO Network, and has been on the Invest Canada Conference Committee in 2022 and 2023.

Jennifer holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, and an MBA from Queen's University.
