Jonathan Snider
Jonathan Snider is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at PACT Capital Partners.
Prior to joining PACT, Jonathan was Chief Financial Officer at GTIS Partners, a global private equity real estate firm. Jonathan’s responsibilities at GTIS included oversight of fund finance and operations, corporate accounting, general partner reporting, tax strategy, and financial planning and analysis for the GTIS management company.
Prior to his time at GTIS, Jonathan spent 12 years as a Vice President in the External Investing Group at Goldman Sachs. In this role, Jonathan was responsible for overseeing the business infrastructure of the group’s private equity platform. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jonathan worked at Ernst & Young LLP, where he performed financial statement audits for clients in the asset management space. Jonathan is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
