Josh has over 25 years of finance experience in alternative investments including credit, private equity, venture capital, hedge and real estate. Previous to Velocity, he was Partner & CFO of StartUp Health, a venture capital investment firm and Managing Director, CFO & CCO at Blue Wolf Capital Partners, a middle market PE shop, supporting the firm’s growth from initial fund through to Fund V. Prior to Blue Wolf, Josh worked as a portfolio and finance manager at Grove International Partners, a global opportunistic private equity real estate fund manager, and held various positions within Citigroup, acting principally as a Vice President with responsibilities including financial planning and analysis, tax structuring, SEC registration, and systems implementation within various units including product manager for a fixed income alternatives fund. Josh began his career holding several roles within the organized labor movement, received a BS from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
