Karla Lombardi

Karla Lombardi is an accomplished finance and accounting executive with extensive experience in financial management, tax strategy, compliance, and corporate planning. As Chief Financial Officer, she oversees all aspects of financial operations, including treasury management, forecasting, budgeting, tax strategy, loan origination and compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Karla brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to finance leadership, having begun her career in sales, where she spent ten years developing strong business acumen and relationship management skills. In 2010, she transitioned into accounting and finance, joining a commercial real estate company and laying the foundation for a successful career in corporate finance.

Her professional experience includes roles at KPMG, where she started in tax compliance for financial services clients and later specialized in tax credits and accounting methods. She then served in federal tax planning for a Fortune 100 company. Throughout her career, Karla has leveraged her expertise to support strategic decision-making, optimize financial performance, and ensure compliance in complex business environments.

Karla earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Illinois.
