Michelle Ball is a Director and Co-Head of Private Equity Compliance at Vista Equity Partners, a leading technology investor with over $100 billion in assets under management. In her role, Michelle helps oversee the firm's compliance program across its private equity strategies collaborating closely with Vista's marketing and fundraising teams, overseeing the global compliance testing program, and leading preparation for regulatory inquiries and examinations.
Prior to joining Vista, Michelle was a Vice President at Oak Hill Advisors. Before that, she spent five years at Sixth Street (f/k/a TPG Sixth Street Partners), rising from Senior Compliance Analyst to Vice President.
Michelle began her career at ACA Compliance Group and interned in the SEC's Division of Examinations in New York.
Michelle earned her MBA and BBA in Management and International Business both from the Villanova School of Business.
