Miles Chan

Mile Chan is Ontra's General Manager, Contract Automation Buy Side. He leads the strategy, growth, and delivery of Ontra’s buy-side Contract Automation business. Miles first joined Ontra in 2015 and has held a series of leadership roles across the company, including Managing Director, VP/GM of Insight, and Group GM of Emerging Products. Prior to Ontra, Miles practiced corporate law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in London, where he was a member of the European High Yield Group, and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he focused on capital markets transactions. Miles holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
