Prior to joining Gemspring, Steven was a Partner and the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Siris Capital Group, where he also served as an Executive Advisor. Previously, Steven was a Managing Director in the legal department of Point72 Asset Management. He began his career as a corporate attorney with the law firm of Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York.
Steven earned a JD, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law and BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
