Thomas Stewart is the Co-founder and CEO of Hadrius, where he leads the company’s vision to build the agentic compliance infrastructure for RIAs, broker-dealers, and hybrid firms. Before Hadrius, Thomas founded Quantbase, an SEC-registered robo-advisor for alternative assets and investment strategies. He has a background in building compliance and financial technology solutions, led Hadrius through Y Combinator’s W23 batch, and has helped scale the company around AI-native workflows that make compliance more efficient, auditable, and trustworthy.
