Aun Mela
Aun Mela is a Director on the Infrastructure & Renewable Resources team at BCI, one of Canada's largest institutional investors C$313.7 billion in gross assets under management (as of March 31, 2026) and more than C$36.5 billion dedicated to infrastructure. He leads principal investment sourcing and execution across the power, renewables, and the energy transition sectors. Aun brings 17 years of experience in infrastructure investing. He serves as a non-executive board director for Northview Energy, Shepherds Flat, Isagen, and Eku Energy. Prior to joining BCI in 2018, he was a founding member of Saudi Aramco's renewable energy investment team. Aun holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, an MSc from Georgia Tech, an MSc from KAUST, and a BEng from the National University of Singapore and McGill University.
