nTeaser

nTeaser is Europe's largest digital marketplace for renewable energy and digital infrastructure transactions, connecting projects and asset owners with the capital funding the energy transition. With over 22GW of assets currently under commercialisation, the platform serves equity transactions across the full asset lifecycle, and is now expanding into debt financing and TopCo-level investments, building on its established position as the leading transaction marketplace in European renewables.
In just three years, nTeaser has grown from launch to market leader: the reference platform for deal flow, transaction activity, and pricing intelligence across the sector. Its network counts over 3,000 companies, spanning global infrastructure funds, utilities, IPPs, debt providers, and strategic corporate investors, across six European markets: Spain, Italy, Poland, the UK, Germany, and Romania, with further expansion underway.
The platform covers solar PV, wind, BESS, hydrogen, biogas, data centres, and hydraulic assets, the full spectrum of technologies driving the clean energy buildout in Europe.
Having redefined how renewable energy assets are bought and sold, nTeaser is now setting the standard for how the broader capital structure of the energy transition gets financed.
