Edwina Kelly

Edwina Kelly is Managing Director, Head of Sustainable Energies, North America at CPP Investments. Based in New York, she leads CPP Investments’ Sustainable Energies activities across North America and serves on the boards of Pattern Energy and Redaptive.

Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2019, Edwina was a Director in the private equity team at EFG Hermes, where she worked on the firm’s Vortex renewable energy platform. She previously worked at Lightsource Renewable Energy, now Lightsource bp, and at Innisfree, an infrastructure fund manager focused on PFI/PPP investments.

Edwina trained as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, where she worked in M&A Tax. She holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
