Jonathan Paulson

Jonathan Paulson is a Director in DC Advisory's Global Infrastructure Group, where he focuses on digital infrastructure and PE-to-Infra transactions. He has more than 10 years of experience advising corporate, private equity, and infrastructure investor clients on M&A, debt advisory, capital raising, and strategic transactions. Prior to joining DC Advisory in 2021, Jonathan was a member of the Infrastructure M&A team at Deutsche Bank. He holds a dual-degree MBA from HEC Paris and NYU Stern.
