Justine Ryan

Justine Ryan is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Glenara Partners, a specialist private equity firm focused on mid-market energy transition investments.

She has more than 20 years’ experience across energy and infrastructure investment, M&A, business development and platform building, having held senior leadership roles at Vitol, GE Energy Financial Services, GE Renewable Energy and SSE/Airtricity.

Most recently, Justine led Vitol’s renewables activities across EMEA and served as Interim CEO and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Vortex Energy Poland, overseeing the acquisition, integration and transformation of the business into a multi-technology platform.

Previously, she was Managing Director of Energy Equity Investments Europe at GE Energy Financial Services and Global Director of Commercial Partnering & Business Development at GE Renewable Energy. 

Throughout her career, Justine has originated and executed complex energy investments, built and scaled international platforms and teams, and worked extensively with institutional investors, developers and strategic partners across Europe and global markets.
