Mr Karthik Narayan currently servers as a Portfolio Manager and Head or Strategy and Research in ADIA’s Infrastructure investment department. His team contributes to the development of  capital allocation strategy, risk management, and . He also represents the department in ADIA wide initiatives on strategic and tactical asset allocation, risk management and reporting.

Mr. Narayan has spent more than 10 years at J.P. Morgan split between Investment Bank and Asset Management. He was an instrumental part of JP Morgan’s Institutional Investors #1 ranked Fixed Income Research team for six years. Mr. Narayan has expertise in a wide variety of sectors including infrastructure assets, municipal bonds, structured products, and derivative products.

His work has earned him wide recognition and awards on Wall Street. Apart from JP Morgan, Mr. Narayan has also worked at other bulge bracket institutions such as Merrill Lynch and Citigroup.​

Mr. Narayan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, India. Mr. Narayan is also a CFA charter holder.
