Lisa Weaver-Lambert is Managing Director, Data and AI at Interpath. She has led AI strategy for a global infrastructure fund, building a cross-portfolio framework to identify and prioritise high-impact AI opportunities across digital infrastructure, energy transition, and utilities assets. Her career spans private equity and infrastructure, including a Data and AI Lead role at Microsoft, an Operating Partner role at Montagu Private Equity, and earlier experience at Accenture. She is the author of The AI Value Playbook, a framework for prioritising AI use cases, sizing benefits, and governing risk, cited by Saïd Business School, Oxford University.
