Marco Biersinger is the Head of Corporate Development and M&A at DTEK Group, Ukraine’s largest private energy company. Marco is based in London and oversees the group’s engagement with strategic and financial investors. DTEK is active across technologies in power generation, commodity and power trading, power distribution, oil & gas upstream and electricity and gas retail.

He has more than 10 years of experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, having previously advised medium and large corporations on financing, mergers and acquisitions and strategic topics in developing markets spanning from Latin America to CESEE, North Africa, and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining DTEK, Marco was a Director in Duff & Phelps’ oil and gas corporate finance group.
