Oliver Loveless is a Principal at Analysys Mason specialising in digital infrastructure transactions, business planning and commercial strategy. He has nearly nine years' experience supporting investors, lenders and operators across telecoms and digital infrastructure markets.

Oliver has extensive experience advising on data-centre-related transactions and strategic assessments, including:

  • Leading a market and pricing assessment supporting the refinancing of a London hyperscale yieldco, focused on the Slough and West London markets, including long-term pricing forecasts and assessment of future demand dynamics; he also led similar work for a stabilised hyperscale platform in Frankfurt
  • Separately, Oliver also has experience in the enterprise data centre segment, most recently managing our diligence assessment of firstcolo, a leading colocation platform in Frankfurt

Other experience includes leading a location scouting and market assessment for a data-centre operator seeking new hyperscale development sites across the UK, carrying out site specific assessments on digital infrastructure real estate (e.g. telecom operator points of presence) for buy-leaseback arrangements and ongoing assessments of BT’s exchange portfolio on behalf of Telereal Trillium.
