Scott Litman

Mr. Litman is Co-Head of GCM Grosvenor’s infrastructure practice and a portfolio manager for the Critical Infrastructure Solutions Fund and the Cion Grosvenor Infrastructure Fund. Mr. Litman is also a member of the Infrastructure Advantage Investment Committee, the Real Assets Investment Committee and the Sustainability Committee. He focuses on sourcing and executing infrastructure investments across all sectors and geographies and specializes in complex structures and transactions. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Litman spent four years at Oaktree Capital, as Co-Portfolio Manager of Infrastructure Investments, and began his infrastructure investing career at Highstar Capital, where he was an equity partner. Mr. Litman has served on numerous corporate boards, including Ports America, Aerostar Airport Holdings (San Juan Airport), Health Transport Group, BlackBear Midstream (f/k/a Wildcat Midstream), New Salem Harbor Station, InterGen, N.V., Linden Cogeneration, and Morongo Transmission. Mr. Litman also serves on the Board of the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude with General Honors, in History and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from The Cornell Law School.
