Sean Yajnik

Sean Yajnik is Managing Director and Head of Digital Infrastructure Advisory – Americas at Macquarie Capital. He has over two decades of M&A, strategic advisory and transaction structuring experience in the global telecommunications space. 

Macquarie Capital’s Digital Infrastructure advisory team, led by Mr. Yajnik, partners with corporate and financial investors as their trusted advisor on M&A, capital raising, and debt advisory initiatives across data centers, consumer broadband, enterprise fiber, and wireless infrastructure verticals.

Prior to joining Macquarie Capital, Mr. Yajnik was at TD Securities where he specialized in U.S. digital infrastructure client coverage and M&A. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is based in the New York area.
