Tim Wang

Tim Wang is a portfolio manager and investment strategist with more than 20 years of experience in real assets investing. He currently serves as Head of Real Estate and Real Assets Funds at State Street Investment Management, where he oversees global investments in real estate and infrastructure funds across both equity and debt strategies. His responsibilities span portfolio performance, risk management, and investment innovation across North America and international markets.

Tim leads the evaluation of investment managers and new opportunities, portfolio construction and analytics, and strategic advisory services for institutional clients. He also contributes to the development of innovative investment solutions for private wealth clients and supports the firm's strategic mergers and acquisitions initiatives. In addition, Tim co-authors State Street Investment Management's flagship thought leadership publications, including its annual Global Market Outlook.

Tim holds an MBA from New York University and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.
