Adi Divgi founded Divino Global Holdings in 2023 to invest in capacity-constrained private market opportunities alongside institutional and family office co-investors. From 2021 to 2023, he was Managing Director of Strategic Wealth at Legacy Wealth Management and Legacy Investment Solutions, its discretionary affiliate.

From 2014 to 2021, Mr. Divgi was Head of Alternative Investments at Catalina, a $5+bn AUM reinsurer. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Divgi oversaw the Opportunistic Fixed Income investment program at the New York City Bureau of Asset Management ('BAM'). Mr. Divgi began his credit career at Deutsche Bank, working in New York and Mexico City, and is a graduate of the Huntsman Program, with a BA in International Studies (Spanish minor) from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics and MBA in Finance from Wharton
