Brian is co-head of Real Estate practice. He represents property owners, developers, funds, REITs and other financial institutions in a range of commercial real estate transactions. He advises on the acquisition, development and disposition of office, multifamily, SFR portfolio, retail, hotel and data center assets; joint ventures; commercial mortgage, mezzanine, construction and preferred equity financings; and debt restructurings. Brian also leads the firm’s Real Estate Credit group, providing strategic guidance across all real estate finance matters.

Brian is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and his work is recognized by Chambers USA, IFLR1000 and Law360.
