Chris Kelly is Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance at EverBank, where he leads the bank’s nationwide CRE lending platform. He has nearly 40 years of experience in commercial real estate credit, equity and institutional asset management, with direct responsibility for more than $13.5 billion in CRE originations. Prior to joining EverBank, Kelly held senior roles at The Ardent Companies, Amherst Capital Management, CapitalSource, Natixis, Lehman Brothers and Heller Financial.
