David is responsible for the firm’s infrastructure capital raising and joined L&G in November 2023. He has more than 20 years of private markets experience which has included designing, building and overseeing private equity and infrastructure investment programmes as well as raising institutional capital. He joined L&G’s Asset Management division after five years with Eastspring Investments in Singapore, where he headed up alternatives, and five years at Abu Dhabi Investment Council, where he was Head of Funds in its Global Infrastructure and Natural Resources team. Prior to these roles, he has worked at various insurer investment houses and in corporate finance. David has a MEng (hons) from Imperial College, London, including a year abroad at Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
