Mr. Saponara is the Head of South & West Europe and Co-Head of Investments in Europe for PIMCO Prime Real Estate. He joined the company in 2014 and sits on the European Senior Leadership Committee. Based in Milan and Paris, Mr. Saponara is co-responsible for the investment activity in Europe while also overseeing asset management in the region. Mr. Saponara also leads the European logistics, hospitality, development and innovation expert teams. Prior to joining the company, he worked for 14 years at Morgan Stanley as a Director, co-heading the Italian Investing team and leading acquisitions, sales and refinancing deals. Mr. Saponara graduated magna cum laude from Bocconi University in Milan.
