Duncan Parvin

Duncan is a coverage banker specializing in the origination, structuring, and execution of strategic transactions for private and public institutional Commercial Real Estate (CRE) clients. Duncan joined the CRE team in 2014 after completing the Credit Management Training Programme. Since joining the EMEA CRE team, Duncan has developed considerable cross-sector expertise in construction, permanent, and Corporate financing solutions.
In his current Coverage role, Duncan is responsible for the identification of business opportunities, working collaboratively with U.S. coverage teams to support the largest and most strategic North American sponsors alongside other product teams including Debt Capital Markets, Risk Management Solutions, Private Placements, and Treasury Management.
Alongside his core client coverage responsibilities, Duncan is a member of the EMEA CRE DE&I counsel whose goal is to promote the advancement of the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda in the wider commercial real estate market while continuing to foster and develop a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment within the CRE team. Externally, Duncan is a repeat mentor for WIBF and was runner-up for the 2023 WIBF mentor of the year award; he also volunteers for Career Ready, a U.K. social mobility charity.
Duncan has a bachelor of arts (honours) in economics and politics from the University of Exeter.
