Henrik Orrbeck is the Co-Head Private Real Estate and Head of Real Estate Europe, based in London. He is a member of the Global Investment Committee and Real Estate Investment Committee for Direct and partnership investments Europe. Henrik has 25 years' experience and joined in 2024 from EQT, where he was a Partner and founding member of the EQT Real Estate team. Prior to EQT, Henrik spent 10 years at Carlyle, where he was Director of the Nordics. Henrik started his career at General Electric working for 5 years in Germany, Belgium, Sweden and the US.
