Jacob Feingold is an Investment Partner and Head of Originations within the real estate investment team at Canyon. Mr. Feingold joined Canyon in 2014 and oversees all origination efforts across Canyon’s real estate debt and equity platforms. Mr. Feingold is also a member of the Investment and Management Committees for Canyon Partners Real Estate. Additionally, Mr. Feingold serves as Co-Portfolio Manager for Canyon’s Evergreen Private Credit strategy. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Feingold worked at iStar Financial where he focused on structured real estate investments, development, and distressed opportunities. Mr. Feingold is a graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan (B.B.A., honors) and Columbia Business School (M.B.A., honors).
