Founded by Jacob Loftus in 2016, General Projects is a contemporary real estate developer and operator designing and delivering creative, inspiring and experiential buildings for an ambitious new generation. Across the UK they own and operate a £3 billion portfolio comprising over 3.5 million sq ft of projects spanning offices, living and experiential places.

Partnering with global institutional investors including KKR, BlackRock, LaSalle IM, Angelo Gordon, Henderson Park and Blue Five Capital, recent projects Jacob has overseen include the reimagining of the former Heal’s building as a new workspace-led campus, the restoration of Walworth Town Hall and the reinvention of Liverpool's Albert Dock.
