Jayanth Ganesan is an Investment Manager at Legal & General Retirement America (LGRA) in Stamford, CT, where he focuses on real estate and real asset credit. He is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities across commercial and residential real estate, as well as real asset private placements. Jayanth works closely with internal and external managers to source and manage investments, and he recommends new opportunities in fixed income, private real estate, and real assets for Legal & General America's Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and insurance balance sheet portfolios.

With over nine years of professional experience, Jayanth previously served as a Senior Associate at Nuveen Real Estate in New York, where he specialized in debt investments as part of the U.S. research team. He also worked at Nuveen Taxable Fixed Income (formerly TIAA Global Public Markets) in Charlotte, NC, as an Analyst on the CMBS investment team.

He holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Computer Science from Duke University.
