John Atwater
Mr. Atwater is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Prime Finance and a member of the Investment Committees for each strategy. Mr. Atwater founded Prime Residential in 1989. Mr. Atwater has been involved with all forms of property ownership, management, and financing. A graduate of Brown University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, he has served on a variety of for-profit and non-profit boards, including Montgomery Street Income Securities, Lone Mountain School for Children, The Hamlin School, The California Academy of Sciences (Board Chair 2010 – 2014), Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, the Corporation of Brown University, and the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, UC Berkeley.
