Julian Marwitz
Julian Marwitz has had a dynamic career in investment and entrepreneurship, with a focus on cleantech and impact investments. Originally from Hamburg, he previously worked directly with the CEO of JLL, with involvement in strategic planning for growth and innovation in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He also worked as Development Manager at ECE, Business Development for ValuStrat and at his own family office investing into sustainable real estate and private equity. He founded a company, Arineos, focusing on energy efficiency in buildings.
Julian holds a Master of Sciences in Sustainable Urban Development at the University of Oxford and previously studied law in Geneva, Hong Kong and Germany, finishing with the German State Exam.
Marwitz Family Office
Marwitz Family Office is a German Single Family Office registered in Switzerland with close links to the largest marcipan producer founded in 1806. The Family now is focused on diversifying outside of consumer goods and has a strong focus on real estate with asset classes of logistics, hospitality and offices. In particular, Managed to ESG has become a key expertise, with acquiring non-performing buildings, improving them with energy efficiency and providing building certifications to be able to sell better to institutional investors. Geographic focus is mainly on Europe and North America.
