Julien Roy-Décary

Mr. Roy-Décary is a Managing Director at PSP Investments and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and management across all product types in major markets within the United States, Canada and Europe. Mr. Roy-Décary is currently responsible for the acquisition, asset management, development and disposition of residential and retail projects across Canada, the United States, Mexico, Brazil and Colombia. Prior to joining PSP Investments, Mr. Roy-Décary spent 3 years in London, UK, where he held various positions in structured credit at Apollo Real Estate and Stoneleigh Capital. Prior to that, Mr. Roy-Décary worked in the Real Estate group of Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec, primarily focusing on asset management and acquisition of various equity and debt investments globally. 

Mr. Roy-Décary earned his master’s degree in finance and international management from HEC Montréal in 2006 and is a CFA charterholder.
