Ned Williams is Managing Director at Evans Randall Investors, where he leads investment strategy and major development projects across the UK. He has built a strong track record in the commercial sector, overseeing significant transactions and driving the repositioning and redevelopment of key assets.
He plays a central role in the expansion of MIRA Tech Park (MTP) in Nuneaton, Europe’s largest automotive R&D cluster. Under his leadership, Evans Randall Investors has secured the final land parcel required to complete the North Site masterplan, enabling the park’s expansion to more than 1 million sq ft. This forms part of a joint venture with HORIBA MIRA to deliver up to 4 million sq ft of office, R&D and industrial space, reinforcing MTP’s status as a leading global innovation hub.
