Nicole Sermier is the Chief Executive Officer of EOS Residential. With 20 years tenure in the real estate field, Ms. Sermier has led equity and credit transactions across a broad range of housing sectors. Prior to EOS, Ms. Sermier served as an Executive Managing Director and Head of Residential Investments at Sculptor Real Estate, where she worked for 15 years. In this role, Ms. Sermier oversaw investment activity across various residential strategies, including multifamily, single family for rent, senior housing, and affordable housing. Ms. Sermier received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a B.A. from Wesleyan University, and was a Fulbright Scholar. She is a member of the Stanford Real Estate Council, ULI Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council, and WX.

EOS Residential is a real estate private equity fund business, founded in 4Q2023. EOS Residential invests broadly across for-rent and for-sale housing including multifamily, single family for rent, senior and student housing. We believe the ongoing need for shelter provides secular tailwinds while our breadth of experience across housing categories and investment structures enables us to optimize risk/return at different points in the real estate cycle.
