Raj Patel is a Senior Director of Capital Markets Research within the Investment Management Division of Chatham Financial. Mr. Patel’s career features positions at SAP, the CIA, and Greentree Investment Bank. Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Patel has supported the launch of a diverse range of public and private investment vehicles targeting absolute return strategies across global real estate and corporate private equity. He has worked closely with a broad investor base, including Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds, university endowments, and global life insurers.

 

A recognized thought leader, he frequently speaks at industry panels, academic forums, including engagements at Columbia Business School's Center for Real Estate and MIT. Raj’s pedagogy integrates theory and practice through his service as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Capital Markets in NYU’s graduate program.
