Rose Hasham is Head of Investments and Brokerage at Axe Commercial Real Estate, advising institutional investors, private equity firms and family offices on complex acquisitions and dispositions across hospitality, land and mixed-use assets. Her work is focused on off-market transactions, with an emphasis on underwriting discipline, capital structuring and execution in shifting market conditions.

She is particularly focused on how emerging technologies, including AI, are reshaping real estate demand, operations and portfolio strategy.

Rose serves on the Harvard Business School Club of Dallas board and leads its Real Estate Special Interest Group.
